How To Use This Web Site

You can use this web site in several ways:
  • Use an RSS Reader / News Aggregator. This is a good way to keep track of new posts. Since entries are posted under the date the photo was taken, new posts are not always at top of the blog. A good news aggregator will tell you when there are new posts and you can then scroll down the display to find them.

You can also create a custom feed. For example, if you want to create a feed of posts with the label "great meadows concord", use the url:

    http://o3cpcs.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/-/great meadows concord

  • View Posts in Reverse Chronological Order. Go to the Home Page. Then, just scroll down and when you get to the bottom of the page click "Older Posts" and keep going.
  • View all the posts for a particular day. In the right hand column under "Blog Archive" you can expand the archive list by clicking on the arrows (triangles) next to a year, month, or day. Then, go to the archive for a particular day or go to a particular post by clicking on the appropriate link.
  • View by Subject or Location. Use the list of labels in the right hand column below the archives. Labels include subjects like "eastern bluebird" and locations like "great meadows concord". When you click on a label, all posts on that subject or from that location will be displayed.

You can search this blog for up to 25 posts that have two or more labels. For example, to find the 25 most recent posts that have the labels "great blue heron" and "great meadows concord", use the url:

    http://o3cpcs.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/-/great blue heron/great meadows concord

The results of the search are returned as a feed, but most browsers will support that format. You can click on the title of a post in the feed to view it on the the web site.
